Modern Slavery Statement

Introduction

This statement is made in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes
the slavery and human trafficking statement of Mr and Mrs Oliver Ltd, and its subsidiary
undertakings, including Skin + Me Ltd and Feel Good Pharma Ltd (“the Group”), for the financial
year ending 31st August 2025.

This statement outlines the steps taken by the Group to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking
in our business operations and supply chains.

Organisation

Mr and Mrs Oliver Ltd is the parent company of a UK-based group, comprising three entities. The
Group operates within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, delivering personalised prescription
treatments and pharmacy services through its subsidiaries, Skin + Me Ltd and Feel Good Pharma Ltd.
The Group works with a range of third-party suppliers to support its operations. Key supply chain
activities include the sourcing of active pharmaceutical ingredients and medical consumables, the
manufacturing of bespoke packaging, and logistics. While we primarily source from UK and EU-based
partners, we recognise our responsibility to monitor the global supply chains that support these
industries.

Our Commitment

The Group is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We recognise our
responsibility to take appropriate steps to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not
taking place within our business or supply chains.

Policies and Risk Assessment

In this first reporting year, our focus has been on establishing a baseline for compliance. We currently
rely on our existing organisational policies to manage ethical risks:

● Whistleblowing Policy: Encouraging employees to report concerns about unethical behavior
without fear of retaliation.
● Recruitment Policy: We perform robust “Right to Work” checks on all employees to ensure
they are legally entitled to work in the UK.
● Supplier Expectations: We prioritise working with reputable partners who demonstrate a
commitment to legal and ethical standards.

We recognise that higher risks of modern slavery may exist in global manufacturing and third-party
logistics. At this stage, we consider our exposure to be relatively low given the nature of our
operations, however, we are committed to strengthening our understanding of potential risks across
all entities.

Future Commitments and Effectiveness

The Group is committed to enhancing its approach over time. Planned actions include:

● Implementing formal anti-slavery and supplier policies
● Introducing proportionate supplier due diligence procedures
● Improving visibility over the Group’s supply chain
● Increasing internal awareness of modern slavery risks, including providing targeted training to
employees involved in procurement, supplier management, and recruitment
